Apart from the flight tickets, passengers need to carry all the travel documents necessary. This includes a valid visa, passport, and other documentation required by specific countries. The passport should have six months validity from the date of travel. Embarkation forms should also be filled and submitted to the emigration authorities.

The cancellation fee for a domestic booking is INR 3,000 per passenger. The cancellation fee for an international booking is INR 3,500 per passenger

For making changes in your bookings, you will have to pay a fee of INR 2250 per passenger for domestic flights and INR 2,500 for international flights.

There are five methods of paying for your bookings at SpiceJet. Customers can pay in the following methods:

• Credit and Debit card
• Internet banking
• Ticketing counter at the airport
• Bookings made from reservations
• SpiceJet’s preferred travel agents

SpiceJet accepts cards like Visa, American Express, and MasterCard. Passengers are required to carry the card for physical verification.

Customers will be charged only after the completion of the booking and the payment is processed.

SpiceJet does not allow change of name in a booking. You can change the time, date, or any other detail through reservations or the SpiceJet website.

Changes and cancellations can be made at least 4 hours prior to the departure of the flight for international travelers and 2 hours prior to the departure of the flight for domestic travelers.
