Emirates Customer Reviews (4.0/5)

Flew by Emirates for the first time. The baggage limit was amazing! They allowed two suitcases worth 23 kgs and hand luggage amounting to 7 kgs. Unlike with other airlines, even while flying in economy class, I had no complaint with respect to space. Will be flying by Emirates again next month.

While going to some places for business I prefer other airlines as the flight duration is less and there are no stopovers in the middle. However, while travelling for leisure, I definitely prefer Emirates. The food, in-flight entertainment, seats, service, etc. are an absolute treat and certainly make up for the extra flight duration.

I travelled by Emirates from Tehran to Dubai. I didn’t find anything special with this flight. The seats and the legroom were just like other economy class airlines. Also, only one meal was served throughout the flight, and they charged a lot for the WiFi. The experience is not something worth spending extra for.

The flight I had taken from London to Colombo certainly met my expectations. I managed to get seats with extra legroom at the time of check-in, and I was very happy with the same. The staff were very polite and the food served was enough in terms of quantity. Watched some live content on the way.
