British Airways Customer Reviews (3.5/5)

I travelled British Airways in business class from London to Orlando. The seats would recline a complete 180 degrees, so I could lay down flat, which was nice. I ordered a vegan meal, which, surprisingly, tasted pretty good. As always the service was superb. I was served with hot towels and a variety of beverages to choose from as soon as I boarded. Beverages were offered again before the descent began.

I used to love travelling by British Airways back in the day. The aircrafts are old now, and the new ones have cramped seating. Travelling in economy is tiresome as we have to pay for food and beverages. The staff quality is unchanged. The crew is still very helpful. Just a little maintenance of the aircraft would be great.

I had a really horrible experience on the recent British Airways flight I took from Belfast to Heathrow. First of all, I was late and the boarding gate was really far from the security check. Next, I was seated next to a baby who would not stop crying the entire flight. I requested for a seat change, but the crew couldn’t help. The food was not up to my taste either.

We were thrilled with our British flight experience. We had economy seats but we were upgraded to Club Class, and it was wonderful for our 8-hour long flight. My spouse and I thoroughly enjoyed the service. I was a little disappointed as the food selection I opted for was not available, but it was fine compared to all the other perks we got.
