IndiGo Airlines allows passengers to change the date and time of the booking of their flight via the View/Change booking facility, provided they are traveling via a Multi-City booking. When you update your ticket in the View/Changes booking facility, you will get a confirmation message displayed on your screen. IndiGo does not allow you to cancel the segment and make the ticket open dated as they do not provide open tickets. Bookings for 9 passengers can be made per PNR. You may book 2 hours prior to the flight departure for domestic flights and 4 hours prior for international flights by contacting the IndiGo call center. There is no provision of business class in Indigo Airlines. Indigo primarily being a budget airline believes in offering cheap air tickets and therefore has just one cabin class i.e. economy class. However with Indigo flights, you can avail some business class like features on additional payment like Lounge facility where one can wait if flight is delayed or if one arrives early at the airport, priority check-in facility, and more.
You can buy your food on board Indigo Airlines. There is no complimentary food but you can surely buy it on the flight on payment. People who pre-book meals at the time of booking or later (only up to 24 hours before the flight time) are served food on-board without needing to pay on the flight. So, if you haven’t pre booked, there are no issues; you can still buy it in the flight whenever you wish to have something. I think this is a better option, rest everyone has their own preference.
Indigo flights are always on time
Yes cancellation of flight can be done in Indigo Airlines but only if you have a refundable ticket. In such cases after cancellation you get most of the ticket amount refunded in your account.
