Air Arabia Customer Reviews (3.5/5)

I like the fact that Air Arabia lets you only pay for what you want. Instead of paying one huge amount for food, baggage, etc. you have to only pay for what you want. This makes it so much cheaper, especially for price conscience people like me. I would recommend Air Arabia to flyers on a tight budget.

This is my first experience while flying with Air Arabia, I found it to be very affordable and spacious. The flight was comfortable and on time. The plane and ground crew were very cooperative and offered assistance and guidance to arriving and connecting passengers, which resulted in minimal flight delays.

I have flown a couple of times through Air Arabia. I took the economy flight. Tickets are cheap and moreover most of the aircrafts are new and the seats are comfortable with good leg space. You have to pay for your meal and they are very strict when it comes to baggage allowance. So weigh your luggage before coming to the airport.

Due to bad weather we were unable to catch our flight from Gibraltar. We ended up taking a flight from Tangier. The service at Tangier was very nice. The only problem was that we were not able to book hold luggage less than 24 hours before the flight and had to pay double for it.
