Air Arabia Customer Reviews (3.5/5)

Air Arabia is a seriously OK airline to fly with. It wouldn’t come on my list of good flights. The staff is not exactly as efficient and courteous as you would expect but they get the job done. The service is average and everything on board has to be paid for. It is not an airline I would recommend if you have a bigger budget and are looking for a little luxury.

Be sure that you know how much luggage you will need before purchasing luggage on Air Arabia. I had purchased 30 kgs as my baggage limit. When I went to the check-in, the bag weight showed 32 kgs. I ended up having to pay a really huge sum of money because of that.

This was the first time I travelled with Air Arabia. The check-in staff were really helpful. The in-flight crew were also responsive but barely smiled. The seat space is ok for a low-cost character. There were some really disturbing bumps on the way, not sure if it was the weather or the pilot.

I had always had a nice experience travelling by Air Arabia. The planes are clean and have decent seat spacing. The staff are very nice and courteous. The plane is also mostly on time. It is pure value for money. Would recommend it for anyone looking for a budget flight.
