Malaysia Airlines Customer Reviews (3.5/5)

The experience of flying with Malaysia Airlines was good. The boarding process was smooth. The seats were good for a short haul flight. The movie options were pretty good although my touch screen was a little non responsive. I had to press really hard to make it work. A minor glitch though. The crew was very helpful and nice.

I had a pretty short flight with Malaysia Airlines from Kuala Lumpur to Singapore. It was just 50 minutes long and so they didn’t serve any food but I wish they had. The seats were pretty good and the service was good too. The landing at Singapore was very smooth and our baggage was also sent across quickly.

My flight with Malaysia Airlines was quite good. I was disappointed because I wasn’t able to book a meal from the website like I usually do. The website wasn’t functioning properly for some reason. I ordered my food on the flight and what I got was good. The service was amazing as always.

My husband and I flew with Malaysia airlines from Sydney to London as it was available within our budget. We were slightly disappointed because they don’t offer a hot towel at the beginning of your flight. The food was limited and not according to my taste. The staff, however, was polite and the plane was clean.
