The following documents are needed while traveling on domestic flights:

• Identification Card
• Driving License
• Passport
• Birth Certificate, if traveling with an infant or child

Note: Soft copies of ID are not allowed for any Air Asia flight. In Malaysia, Driving License is not applicable as identity proof.

• Passport with six months validity
• Visa (if required)
• Return ticket or onward ticket (if required)

Yes, you can cancel your bookings, but cancellation charges will be applied and rest of the value will be returned to you via an Air Asia credit account which you can use within the next 90 days.

If an immediate family member is ill or has passed away, then you will have to provide a medical or death certificate (whichever applicable) and relationship proof, for example, marriage certificate or birth certificate.

You can make changes to your bookings via the ‘Manage my Booking’ option.

Yes, changes attract a fee that should be paid along the amount charged for new purchases. The change fee may depend on the departure and destination locations.
