Just like most airlines, SpiceJet offers the option of checking-in online. All you need is a browser that can connect you to the Internet. With Web check-in, you may skip long and unnecessary queues at the airport check-in counter. Web check-in begins 48 hours before the flight’s departure time. It closes 2 hours before the departure time. You are required to clear the security check at the airport and report at the boarding gate at least 45 minutes before your flight’s scheduled departure time.In which scenarios is Web check-in not available?
Web check-in is not available for the following passengers:
- Passengers traveling on international flights
- Passengers flying from Jammu and Srinagar
- Group bookings i.e. 10 or more passengers traveling together
- People who have booked under the Indian Armed Force personnel option
- Persons who are traveling on a student booking
- Passengers with reduced mobility or those with special needs
- Passengers traveling with infants
- Passengers below 12 years of age and traveling alone
Once you have checked-in online, the only way you may modify or cancel your ticket is by calling the SpiceJet Reservations helpline at +91 965 400 3333 or +91 987 180 3333. You can modify or cancel your ticket up to 2 hours prior to the scheduled departure.I have lost my online boarding pass. What should I do?
Go to the Web check-in portal. Since you have already checked-in, the system will identify you and provide you with an option to take another print out of your boarding pass.Can I Web check-in even if I am traveling with luggage?

You may check-in at the airport check-in counter if you do not want to or are not eligible to check-in online. Check-in counters for domestic flights open around 2 hours before the departure time and close 45 minutes before departure.
For international flights, the check-in counters open 3 hours before the scheduled departure time and close 60 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. (In the case of cities like Dubai and Kabul, the check-in counter closes 75 minutes before the scheduled departure time). If you report after the given counter closing time, it will be treated as a no-show.
