Clean room, needed upgrading as carpet had tears and rips in in. Air Conditioner unit was very noisy. Needs to be upgraded as well. Good place to stay before a cruise. Great location to walk to the Marketplace, where there shops and restaurants. A few blocks away. desk staff were nice, yet they need to tell customer to use room key to operate elevator.

Excellent location, spacious and clean room. Soft conforming beds. Fast and nice service at front desk. We could use a bit more help with our luggage, but we did fine. Nice common areas. Tinny view of the sea, but enough for natural light of the room.

The elevators were constantly breaking down. They only have two for the total of 17floors. So many people were coming up and down to catch their shuttles to go to the port. People gave up and started taking the stairs with their suitcases. very unorganized the hallways, smell, damp and wet.

Stayed at this hotel for a family trip as we were cruising. Check in was rather pleasant as front desk employee was delighful. I paid for an upgrade and this meant same view only higher up. Elevators were small and there were only 2 and we were on the 16th floor. They stopped at every floor with other families waiting with suitcases. We literally had people and bags touching us every elevator ride. This was all day...everyday! I ended up taking the stairs with a toddler that were filthy with cigarette buds and weed smell. The rooms were the size suitable for 1 and in the bathroom you wash your hands while sitting on the toilet. The mattress was old and worn with dingy sheets and the headboards looked like they were clawed by cats. However, the food was excellent but expensive. The staff in the restaurant were great! I felt for housekeeping staff as they had to wait for the same elevator as the guests. I had loud talking and doors banging from 230am til 430am two nights straight. Long and short, if you are going to party Miami style and just need somewhere to house your luggage and get a hot shower...this is your hotel as it's all about location. If you want a restful and peaceful vacation then look elsewhere.

This hotel is really out dated. The bedrooms stained with I don’t know what. Rust everywhere in bathroom, speaking of bathroom, it is the size of a hall closet. The room I was given was 83 degrees, I called and someone came to fix and nothing happened. Called asking to move rooms because still 83 after two hours and after they spoke to the same person who did nothing did they move. Very very disappointing. I would never stay here again and if I were you I would look elsewhere!!
