Just returned from Rome yesterday and I have to say the location of the Yes hotel is absolutely perfect! It’s literally around the corner from Roma Termini station. The room we stayed in was fantastic, it was really clean, spacious and had everything we needed. There’s a supermarket, called Conad, within walking distance in case you need anything (situated on Piazza dell’Independenza). Julietta in reception is really friendly and recommends all the best restaurants in the area. She really made our stay at the Yes Hotel special. Thank you so much, I would definitely go back here as it’s a great location.

We spent three nights at Yes Hotel, Rome to celebrate my wife’s birthday. I would definitely recommend this hotel. As most have already said. It’s a very short walk from the train station which takes a lot of stress away with not having to haul your luggage across the busy city. The road is relatively quiet compared to most of the other streets. Could hear a few people walking by outside, but you’re in the middle of Rome. What would you expect!? We slept really well. The room was nice. Bed was comfy. Cleaned every day. The free wifi worked really well too. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was more than satisfactory to set us up for the day. Very happy with this small hotel. Everything was great, location, staff, breakfast, cleanliness, bed comfort & room. Would stay there again. We stayed in the annexe, but had no problem with that at all. Just round the corner to the Train Station so very convenient especially as we used the Hop On/Off bus & that is where the first bus stop is.

We stayed for 7 nights in this lovely hotel, it's 5 mins walk from the rail Termini, situated on a fairly quiet road. 10 mins walk and you're on Via Nazionale one of the main roads of Rome city. Friendly staff, helpful and available. Julieta was very welcoming on our arrival, and gave us a map of Rome for all the sites etc. Breakfast was a good buffet selection each day. There's a kettle in the room too. Our room was very comfortable, quiet and well laid out, the bathroom had space to move (unlike others we'd seen!) The bed was comfy, though the undersheet (I think a mattress protector?) was a bit overwarm on some nights. Perhaps cool-touch sheets would help? Kitchen and housekeeping staff were lovely and helpful. There's an iron to use if you need one. We recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Rome 😎

The Hotel Yes is located in an ideal position for the main Rome station, and with lots of excellent restaurants and bars nearby too. The whole hotel has clearly recently been renovated and to a very high standard The rooms are first class with comfy beds and well appointed bathrooms. Breakfast is all you need to start the day well, and is served by lovely staff. Reception staff all go the extra mile (or kilometre?) to offer helpful advice and assistance when needed. This is probably one of the best Capital city boutique hotels we’ve visited in Europe.
