Very well maintained bar and restaurant. All staff is very good and specially Praveen is very kind and friendly nature person. He was there all the time and served very happily. Food is very testy and presented very well. Rooms and swimming pools are maintained nice.

It was one of the best decisions I ever made to take a Day out + Park package at Wonderla to celebrate my kid's birthday. The booking process was seamless and on arrival we are this serene hotel where the staff is amazingly professional. We had booked a birthday cake in advance and it was an absolutely perfect cake. Chef Bablu did a remarkable job in making the cake as design of cake was exactly same as the picture I had shared. We had also requested for room decoration and it was done perfectly. We spent some time in the indoor games room. Food was awesome. We were given the park entry passes from the resort and we had great time at the park as well. Overall it was a great day outing and experience for me and my family.

We had an amazing experience in the park. However, the resort was not worth it. Food was very expensive and not worth it. It was tasteless and very expensive compared to so many nice restaurants in Bangalore. Caribbean whirl in the resort is not temperature controlled and kids can't play in it because the water was very cold. We gave this feedback last time itself, but I did not see any improvement.
