From the very first moment at the Welcom Hotels Pine n Peak Resort in Pahalgaon, it became clear that their definition of exceptional hospitality is deeply rooted in profound acts of humanity. This belief was not just evident but vividly lived when my family faced a dire medical emergency. Late one unsettling night, my father suddenly suffered from a cardiac emergency. The staff at the resort sprang into action with a sense of urgency and compassion that was nothing short of heroic. They coordinated swift medical assistance, helping my mother manage this frightening ordeal with incredible support. From arranging an emergency vehicle to transport my father to ensuring that all necessary resources were on hand, their efforts were pivotal. The staff did not stop at just providing the initial help; they continued to support my mother as she accompanied my father to Sher e Kashmir Hospital in Srinagar. They checked on her throughout her journey, offering assistance with everything from money to transportation and medication. Their genuine concern was comforting in a moment of sheer panic. Moreover, the staff took care of packing all our belongings, handling our personal items such as wallets and money with utmost integrity and honesty. Their actions spoke volumes about their character and the ethos of Pine n Peak resort. It is rare to encounter a level of service that so profoundly touches your heart and eases your troubles in such critical times. They not only provided a haven of hospitality but also a beacon of humanity. For this, my family and I are eternally grateful. We visited itc pine n peak to celebrate my parents 40th wedding anniversary, the service was beyond itc standard. Mr Shoaib at the reception guided us throughout our stay. He is very pleasant to talk to and he takes very good care of his guests. Unfortunately I was unwell but the entire team at the restaurant took great care of me. The chef Mr Abbas cooked home made food for us and Mr Shaukat served us very well taking care of every single food need of our parents. Mr Mansoor was also v nice . All in all I will recommend to my friends! Kudos to the whole team!
