Hospitality was indeed filled with Human touch in all aspects - starting with the front desk - Excellent Front desk executives especially Ms.Sakshi and Ms.Keerthi. The Best part of my stay was the Food experience - A Big shout out to the Food and Beverages department Headed by Mr.Prem Kumar. He truly lives upto his name by inducing the element love into all his dishes. He seems to know the taste and palate of every Guest. In fact can say that found a new extended family.

Stayed here for three nights when we visited Chennai with our family. We had stayed in three club rooms in the same floor. We enjoyed our stay. The club rooms are spacious with separate living area and bedroom. The location is great and the staff and services are top notch. Only one morning my wife had to wait for a long time for a dosa she ordered and had to follow up multiple time, but this was an exception. We otherwise enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Chennai.
