Elliott was absolutely amazing. His customer service was exceptional. His custom cocktails were superb. We sat in the bar for a quick meeting and the energy was perfect. Had a quick bite and the food arrived quickly. Elliott paid attention to every detail and the order came out exactly as we ordered.

First time in a Colee brand hotel. I probably wouldn’t stay at another one. Rooms are ok but very small. Upon check in I asked if they had water available in the room however was told this was chargeable, even as an Elite Gold, as they were transitioning to another provider.

We just returned from a wonderful weekend getaway at the Hotel Colee, in Atlanta Buckhead, and the valet service was truly a highlight of our experience. As soon as we pulled up to the hotel, we were greeted by Marcus, the valet attendant, who welcomed us with a warm smile and immediately took care of our car. Marcus was incredibly friendly and efficient. He quickly retrieved a luggage cart and helped us unload our bags, making the check-in process a breeze. Throughout our stay, he remembered our car and always had it ready and waiting for us when we needed it. His attentiveness and genuine care for providing excellent service really stood out. The valet area was well-organized, and we never had to wait long for our car, even during the busier times. Marcus and the rest of the valet team were always on hand to assist us, whether it was offering directions, hailing a taxi, recommending food spots, or simply engaging in friendly conversation. What really impressed us, though, was Marcus' exceptional customer service. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a seamless and enjoyable experience. For example, when we returned late one evening, he noticed that it was raining and had our car waiting with the engine running to keep it warm and dry for us. Overall, the valet service at the Hotel Colee, Atlanta was truly outstanding, and Marcus was an absolute delight to interact with. His professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine warmth made our stay that much more memorable. We highly recommend the Colee hotel and its valet team, especially Marcus, to anyone visiting Atlanta.

From Marcus at the valet to the team at the front desk I felt welcomed. The service at the restaurant and bar with Elliott as well as the team upstairs did not disappoint. The new name and team since my last visit years ago to this property made it a great experience.

Stayed here using a Bonvoy free night. Ended up leaving because it was just not up to standard. The first room provided was on the second floor after being told there was nothing higher up. I booked a 2 queen bed room and went up to a King. Went back down and asked for a. 2 queen bed room and was provided a room on the 8th floor after first being told there was nothing else higher up. The room was dirty. Dirty floors. Dirty bathroom. Chipped ceiling. I decided not to stay after being told there were no other options. I simply couldn’t feel comfortable spending the night there.
