Hotel is located at most convenient location near to ISBT ,Club rooms are just like five star hotel rooms from inside.Food quality is also very good.In brief stay is a value for money.Must try at least once

Stayed for 1 🌃 in room no 215. First look of the room was amazing. But things could have been more clean. Towels were stained. Toilet paper was half torned which gave a feeling of used one. Breakfast buffet was also ok. Tea was very bad. Plus room service is not upto the mark. I got an allergy around 2 am for which i needed medicine. Although reception had medicine, as confirmed by room service guy, but there was no one at reception to provide one. Finally got the medicines at 9am after all the staff reached hotel.

I went to attend a meeting. Parking was far away. You get drenched in the rain walking to the venue. There is no valet parking. The service was below average. Food served was below any respectable standards.

The hotel is located close to the bus stand in Dehradun and is a nice property. The banquet hall is pretty big and the food service too is very nice. The rooms need a little improvement rest all in all it is a decent hotel

What works.. located near the ISBT and the railway station... ample parking,,, rooms / toilets are reasonably clean / service is OK.. What does not work -- the staff seemed a little unprofessional.. the food ordered was not that great.. For the price this seems a good deal but they could maintain the standard a lot better and people would pay more
