The stay was amazing and comfortable. Best place with affordable tariff in Egmore. Room service was the best part. Staff were really helpful and cooperating. Ambience was great. It is nearby to a metro station and easily accessible for transportation.

It was 3 days training program trip. Rooms & cleaning team were excellent. Food was good. Training hall is good. Totally we enjoyed. Room service and all staff so kind. All arrangements was good... Fully satisfied 😃

Food Quality very nice but most of the days U will have very limited choice as they say "Not Available Today". Good Location and Decent hotel for Work purpose. But the biggest draw back is their service is Very Very Slow. Whether it is Food from Room Service or any amenities from H/K.

The hotel atmosphere is also good but the management staff's behavior is too bad and worst, especially at my family function done by the same hotel food service people interacted with my guest with very worst behavior and cheated the bill amount added more money get from me. Still, service food plate counts very dramatical issue totally I am not suggesting this hotel to everyone in the future. Personally, I am very much disappointed. Particularly reception women were very worst behavior like this and bad experience.
