Very close to the Bus terminus and yet away from the noise of the place is the best part of this hotel. Was a little skeptical when I booked this place. However after staying here I was surprised at the clean rooms and bed in this place. The hotel is more of a lodging place and does not have a restaurant, That is the only drawback. The rooms are quite large and very neat. The hotel is new. Lift is available. Toilets are very clean, you get hot water always. Toiletries was also sufficient. In fact they gave me OYO kit. The staff are very helpful though their knowledge of the surroundings is not too great. There is a basement car park that can house around 10 cars at the max. Need a little experience to park the vehicle here. The rooms are on the 2nd floor and upward, there is also a small bakery at the ground floor where you can have tea and snacks. Close to the sixty feet road, it is also convenient to get to temples outside of Kumbakonam.

Stayed for 05 nights here while on a Pilgrimage Trip to Kumbakonam & Thanjavur. Fairly new Hotel close to Bus Stand & Railway Station.Stayed in Deluxe AC Room for 03. Room was spacious & bathroom was clean. Check-in & Check-out formalities were swift. Bed & AC were good.The Lady in front desk is very helpful & efficient. Only draw back is the Hotel does not have a Restaurant attached though few good eating joints are nearby. Bakery & Sweetshop of the same Management is in Ground Floor..yummy hot Panneer Jalebis ! Did not use their Travel Desk as I had made my own cab arrangement. All in all had a Pleasant Stay.

Stayed for a night last year. The beds and the room were clean. No issues with sleep. The batchroom drain was a bit clogged. The staff were generally very helpful. No issues in checkin and checkout. The hotel is opposite to Woodlands restaurant. There are other food options as well. It is in walkable distance to Omni bus pick up points to board buses to other cities. I would say it is pretty good value for money.

Booked the Room in advanced. Non-AC 935/- with tax. Received Toiletaries, Water bottle and they also provided Gud Ni8 Liquidator. Room was spaciaous and clean. Toilet was also clean, though i received hot water after 6. a.m. only. No near by restaurants. Hotel Saravana Bhavan inside Mofusil Bustand. Town bus stand is also walkable and buses are available for almost all temples in kumbakonam. I was happy with the stay and didn,t find any difficulties. Check-in and Check-out was easy. They accept 24hr check-in. Reception is at the 1st floor.

I stayed here for two days during sep 16. The rooms are spacious and with good atmosphere. The toilets was clean and we got good amount of hot water when ever we required. On the second day they did not clean the room even we want to ask for the water they checked weather it completed 24hrs. They did not provided toiloteries and not changed the towels. The location is good and the services can be improved.
