Excellent Food, Excellent Service, Excellent Staff... Keep it up...food quality is so good rooms are neet and clean and hygienic staff behaviour is too good like Manager Waseem and others like Shabir bahi Imtiyaz ,Adil etc Just 1 suggestion, extend the dinner time to 11 pm.

Memorable and Perfect Family Holiday at Hotel Orchid Valley

We were looking for a perfect family vacation in Srinagar and after doing a lot of search on Trip Advisor we found Hotel Orchid Valley located in Raj Bagh a great place for family vacation. Our checkin time was in late night and I was so grateful that Mr. Waseem (Manager) was continuously following up with us and greeted us well when we reach. Special Thanks to Hotel Staff for amazing hospitality and great food. Rooms are neat and clean and gives positive vibes. Location is perfect for nearby market and local food. I am grateful to Hotel Orchid Valley and entire staff for making our stay joyful and memorable Special Thanks to Mr. Wajahat for his kindness and hospitality. Very nice and good hospitality. Neat and clean.Food is amazing. You can include lunch menu as well which is missing. The staff members were really nice and helpful in accommodating all the requirements for the guest. Please continue to do the same
