The memories of this stay will forever remain in our hearts . I visited this beautiful property in Feb 2020 for valentine's weekend with wifey. Boy , they did make it really special. The caretaker Virender is extremely helpful who ensures complete comfort of the guests. The inhouse chef - Lucky is just too good with all recipies , you just let him know what you want to eat and you'll get the best version of that dish ( do try his special chicken 65). The property is newly built and very spacious. You get your own private living room, kitchenette, balcony with mountain view apart from a huge room. The best part is their garden which we used all day for sunbathing and we also requested for a bonfire one night which Virender happily obliged to! The location of this property adds to its charm as it's around 4 Kms away from the busy mall road making it extremely peaceful. Will definitely visit again , this time with entire family ☺️

its 2 km from Gadhkel, very safe road, hotel has no reception, theres no one to recieve you, you have to call them and inform them that you are there, but the rooms are massive , neat , built quality is great, lifesize windows for amazing view, you have your own private large balcony, with all the valley view, there are no shops around , pack your biscuits,cakes,chips,peanuts,soda,beer,scotch,before you reach there. they serve good food. if you love nature, green fields, listen to birds, cold weather, amazing crisp sun, pure air ,you need to be there, the prices are not high.

Sometimes one feels that a mistake is made and later on doesn't regret it. It was the same for me this time. I had carefully (so I thought) chosen one of the White mushroom properties in Kasauli and then booked it by calling them. However upon check-in I realised the room was the same which I booked however the location was completely different. This property where I actually stayed is called VALLEY HOMZ, it is run by White Mushroom who also run another hotel in Kasauli. VALLEY HOMZ is located near the Mohan Meakins Brewery (famous Old Monk) It is appx 3 Kms downhill from Garkhal after passing through Sai baba Temple and then the brewery and say less than a KMs before a famous Shiv Temple. Coming back to the place, they have all one room apartments consisting of 1. Bed Room (No TV though space is provided) 2. Washroom with dressing room 3. Big Drawing Cum Dining Room with a Sofa Cum bed, once spread it can accommodate 2 adults and a child comfortably. There is a Flat LCD. 4. a Balcony overlooking the valley though not so great view but decent. 5. A small lawn so far which they are extending 6.a small kitchen which is not functional so far Fresh Food is served in the room. Lots of monkeys around (including the very small ones), it was fun giving them Bananas though from a distance. Plus Points: 1. Great Room 2. Delicious Food and Service. Minus Points 1. No Dhabas or restaurants around just in case you want to try out. 2. Expensive transport if one wants to go to Mall Road in Kasauli (7-8 KMs distance however cab can charge Appx 500 one way which I thought was a steal and we decided against it) 3. Post Sunset just have to be in the room as there is nothing outside to do. One can visit Garkhal (nearest town) on foot via the main road (it will be uphill all the way from this property) or there is a slightly shorter route (come upto Sai Baba Temple and then there is a small uphill from there (10 minutes) to Garkhal. Advantage of going to Garkhal is to try out restaurants in any other hotel as there are many on garkhal main road plus some Dhabas, grocery shops and a Sole Liquor Shop. Overall we enjoyed our stay as the room was splendid and food was superb and sightseeing anyways was not on Agenda. My suggestions to them would be to 1. Fix a TV in the bedroom 2. Give customers a friendly (and inexpensive) ride to Mall Road 3. Make the kitchen functional

Visited White Mushroom -Valley Homz in the last week of December in Kasauli. A truly stunning property. Each unit is sufficient for 4 adults . had some very good Indian and chinese food. Very polite and helpful staff and beautiful location. Away from the hustle bustle of the city. Each room has a view of the hills and valley. An amazing and relaxing experience
