Fantastic stay! I cannot fault this hotel 10/10. The reception staff are friendly and are quick to process check in and check out The location is fantastic close to duomo, the luxury shopping street and brera there are loads of restaurants cafes bars literally within a 5 minute walk. The breakfast had a wide variety, cheese, meats, eggs hot breakfast cold breakfast fruits, yogurts etc. lots of Italian cheeses which were delicious. There was also Prosecco for mimosa lovers. The room was spotless! Fantastic amenities everything you ever need is already in the room. The staff is really friendly, I really enjoyed my stay here. Thank you Una Hotel Cusani, I shall return should I come back to Milan

The hotel is lovely and ideally located. The dinner was small but very tasty. However, the breakfast was so abundant and full of variety that every member of my family had something that they could enjoy. The kids got the upgraded room with leather walls while my husband and I got the room that was not refurbished but still adequate, modern enough and well appointed. The location was a minute or two away from everything we needed to see. There was no need for taxis as we were able to walk everywhere. Thank you for a beautiful stay.

Well located near city center, Duomo and the Castle, friendly staff helping on every detail, spacious rooms compared to overall European hotels, good and healthy breakfast including vegetables, fresh fruit. Highly recommended for Milan stays

I was in this hotel three times before. Very good location, clean room, polite kindness staff. Comfortable beds and clean fresh beds complects and towels.Good breakfest In hotel is good enought restaurant.Now in hotel are a few new thing for safe guests in hotel. All was perfect!

We booked this hotel last minute as our air-bnb cancelled the day we arrived in Milan (travelled from Australia!) - we didn't know what to expect and we didn't have many options but we were in luck - the hotel was fantastic! We received an upgrade when we arrived to a suite which had a generous bathroom - great shower pressure! The bed was comfortable and plush. There was a seperate sitting area which made the room feel spacious and roomy. Unfortunately we only had one night here as the room was lovely and we could have easily stayed longer! We explored the city easily and the hotel helped us with a cab the next day for our onward travels. We'd stay here again for sure!
