Stayed while in Lisbon with Air Canada vacations. Outside of old Lisbon tourist area, but easy access with the metro, which was very easy to use. Close to Marques Pombal square. Nice room, but small. Included breakfast was very good. Service was excellent. Lots of eating options close by.

Is not really 4 star hotel standard🙃 no welcome drinks at the reception. no slippers provided. No milk in the fridge for tea. Small selection for tea. No coffee in the room. Small shower gel provided for two person. Ventilation in room was warm. Room light were dimmed.

We consider ourselves well travelled; especially within Europe. Although this hotel is on the modern side, the facilities do not reflect this. The room was so unbelievably hot that it was extremely difficult to get any kind of decent sleep - baring in mind this is January and we had the window wide open! We spoke to reception about this and they did send maintenance up whilst we were out but we couldn’t tell any difference on our return. If you decide to park your car underneath the hotel, do ensure the receptionist gives you a ticket to exit - we weren’t given one and when we questioned her about this, she gave us a filthy look arguing that she did. Personally, unless you have valuables in the car I wouldn’t bother, as the car park is so hard to navigate due to a very narrow descending parking structure and there is plenty of free parking available on the streets near to the hotel. Staff at the hotel were not the best we have come across. Never have I stayed anywhere where on two separate occasions a staff member used a key card and walked into our room without knocking first!! The only redeeming feature about this hotel is the fact it was so cheap and so at least we don’t feel ripped off in that respect. Would not recommend and definitely would not return!

The rooms are a bit small and the AC takes a while to reach a good temperature but it is a nice place to stay. The staff is the hotels strongest point, fantastic experience with each of them, very helpful. Breakfast was delicious aswell. The location is very good too you have Atrium Saldanha mall on a 5 to 7 minute walk.

Hotel room very small, Bed very hard and was very hard to turn on shower. Drink In hotel very expensive. Staff in hotel not very talkative. 20/30min from the port the busy spot for tourists. Would move closer to Port if staying again.
