Fabulous place to stay in a central location close to transport shops and food options. The room was beautiful and spotless clean with comfortable beds. The staff were very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Very quiet room as the hotel is down a lane way not on a busy road.

A quaint little hotel and nothing at all like the November 2022 review at all. I am multilingual and I heard Chinese polish French etc. it seems well attended and certainly reasonable. A hotel Tuk Tuk will take you to two sky train stations as a courtesy which is so handy. Very close to a laundry mat and 711. Turn left and 3 minutes from this place. Street food and a restaurant too. Breakfast was ok with fresh fruit, rice and curry chicken and veggies and toast and and eggs done already. I do recommend this place to stay at.

Lovely architecture to the hotel, very cute looking, rooms are perfect, nice size, clean and good bathrooms.. Breakfast was standard, Pool small but does job, Location was buzzy and easy to walk or get local buses everywhere and great for the airport link which the hotel gave us a tuk tuk to. We had 3 rooms as family with old teens and all were very happy.

This is a great value for money hotel. It is close to Pratunam and all the shopping. Victory monument station too is very close. I think for value, location and comfort it rates in the upper third of Bangkok hotels. I will be back. The pillows are like bricks but if you ask you will get a softer pillow

At first, we were not impressed with True Siam; it seemed like a really low-end 3 star hotel because of a few things: you had to leave a 1000baht deposit when you receive your room key (we gave them our passport instead), front desk staff seemed stand-offish, our room furnishings were spare & basic & sound reverberated everywhere, the bed blanket was too small for the bed, bathroom light over the sink was quite dim (although the shower light was nice & bright) breakfast was average at best (when compared to other 3 star hotels we stayed in throughout our two week stay in Viet Nam) & reviews we read online suggested that the hotel's location was a bit dangerous because it is on a narrow alley (here, an alley is like a pass-through street, not a dead end) with poor lighting. By the end, we liked the hotel more than in the beginning. The alleyway, which has a gorgeous mural painted on it, IS well-lit, I saw women walking alone on it, and the basic room furnishings, basic breakfast & not-overly friendly front desk staff were all forgivable because other things made up for them: the breakfast chef in the open kitchen was very accommodating, the rooftop pool & its view were wonderful, the wooden structure of the hotel, its design & simply beautiful painted & carved wall pieces scattered throughout were stunning, unique & showed a lot of thought. The hotel's location was very good for walkable dinners, massages & stores.
