Very good hotel very nice view and nice staff Cleaning is good i prefer you to visit this hotel it was very wonderful experience of staying The owner Mr Manoj Kumar is very humble man he treated like a famil member and the staff was also very nice. Overall it was a fantastic experience.

The manager staff was bad he didn't like to hear any complaints and we have to beg for services. They have shortage of supply for hairdryer we have to wait for 1 hour and they provide only one hair dryer for 2 rooms and said we have to share and same they said for iron press. The room was not clean when we check in and the water heater kettle was all dirty and burnt from inside we asked for a clean one they again said we will clean it but nothing happened in those 4 days stay. The mattress was torn from inside and even the cushions were burnt. Fridges was not working because of which have alot of moisture in it. Worse was wifi was not working the speed was only 0.5 mbps not worthy for 7000 not at all forget about that i won't even pay 1000 for this hotel. Have better options than this hotel. So guys please make your decision wisely.

Worst hotel with poor service..even in this COVID time they have not change bed sheets belonging of previous customer found on bed..check in was not given on time for basic needs we have to rush electric kettle gesure not working..and they are charging huge amount per room..Never recommend anyone to visit this place more option with nominal charges are available...

I stay in hotel trinity heights last month. Sept 2021. The location is good, the main point is they have good parking space. second have a restaurant. Rooms really spacious. the Premium room is really well designed. Very near to bhagsunag water fall.

Stayed in this property after a bungled up booking with a nearby property and was pleasantly surprised by the warmth of the staff, cleanliness of the rooms and amenities offered in the room that were on par with any 5 star property in our country. The food was also very good and the service provided by the staff was very friendly. Will definitely recommend any family travelers to stay in this place. Cleanliness of the room and the ambience relived us of all the accumulated tiredness of the road trip from chandigarh to dharamshala. Will definitely be visiting this place again.
