Fantastic resort like feel right even though it is very convenient to the major offices and malls in Gurgaon. Excellent rooms, food, service and a lovely pool. We loved our stay and would return there without hesitation. The staff are exceptional.

Beautiful beautiful property with plenty of water bodies which personally soothes my mind when I sit beside the room and look out. The reflection pool are my favourite and the pool bar is of great help. It is close to the mall and best stop over for anyone who needs to catch flight.

We visited this propery for a showaorund in May in this year.We were staying in their sister property,Oberoi Gurgaon and as I heard of lot about the trident next to it, I wanted to check it out once as I checked in mmt,the prices were budget friendly with base category rooms starting at 7k,which is lower than even city hotels and one doesn't expect much from a property at this price point.So I was curious to know what value trident offers.Also it was designed as a resort,with rooms spread out across the property, intead of being clustered around at one building and normally 5 star resorts are priced way higher than their city counterparts due to higher maintainence and stuff and I was curios how was trident providing rooms at such low price.I called the gm of Oberoi and requested him to arrange a visit to the property to which he gladly obliged.We went to the Oberoi lobby and from there a front office executive guided us to the trident through back side of the hotel,from which both the hotels were connected.We were greeted warmly in the lobby by the duty manager,who then gave one of his colleagues to show us around the property.The property was designed like a big castle or fort,with high ceilings,masal like structures in walls and spread across a large area and entire place was giving a royal vibe.Luxury was visible at every point.We went to check out their bar area,which was elegantly designed with large chandeliers and sculptures,giving it a royal feeling.We then went to check out their all day dining restaurant which was almost full as it was a Sunday and their brunch was still on.We still managed to have a look and capture it before leaving for more areas to visit.The Bar and restaurant menu was shown to us,the prices were a bit lower than other 5 star hotels with curry and main course items priced below 1000 rs which is atleast above 2000 in Oberoi.Prices were reasonable here.There was also a outside bar section and we were shown that as well.They also have a courtyard like structure right in the middle of the property with lush greenery which is a treat to the eyes.We then went to see their swimming pool and spa,which was located a bit interior to the property.The pool was spacious and airy,it was temperature controlled and entire area was neat and clean and there was also a artificial water fountain around it.The executive who was with us,was friendly and helpful and clicked some nice pictures of us while escorting us all across the property and explaining each area.We also saw the spa,located near the pool,with 5 therapy rooms and the fitness centre located near it.Spa prices were pretty expensive,with a 60 minutes massage costing 5k but the rooms were good,with steam facilities and bathtub and shower area.Jacuzzi and sauna was however absent.The front office manager of the property came to meet us,who was a very jolly person and he ensured we had a good time there.From there we went to guest rooms,on the way we found a beautiful water body area which separates the main building from the resident guests section.It was all blue waterbody,spread at a height and was giving a serene and peaceful vibe all across the property.We were showed a superior room,which was base catergory,was had ample space and seating areas and at 7k was value for money.Amenities provided were Kama branded products that trident uses.The rooms have garden views and pool view options.Then we saw their executive suite with view of the water body. I almost fell in love with their suite.Priced at 23k,it was Absolute Value for money.With vibrant look of spread out waterbody from the living room and bed room,across all areas was giving a calm and cozy vibe to the place.The suite was spacious 800 Sq ft,with a living room,powder room,bed room and a master bathroom with separate bathtub and shower area.If we ever stay in this hotel one day,we wish to stay in this suite. After the showround was over,we met the front office manager in the lobby who offered us to have some drinks and snacks before leaving.We tasted their signature mocktail,called mango mixture and it was sweet and delicious,an absolute treat in summer time.I took a milk tea which was good as well.We ordered a chicken Kathi roll,which was served exactly Kolkata style and tasted fantastic.Hats off to the gm for maintaining this property so well and providing a peaceful resort like setup for guests at such competitive prices,at the heart of the city.
