SCAM. cant stay on the hotel becouse our Booking this hotel Hotel cancelled the booking 4 days before arrival without providing valid explanation. they wanted to charge us double to rebook the same room. Unprofessional, greedy and shocking customer service. the problem is booking.com still ofering this hotel to stay. this hotel is absolute scam.

Booked this hotel 3 months before our intended weekend stay. Hotel cancelled the booking 4 days before arrival without providing valid explanation and wanted to charge us double to rebook the same room. Unprofessional, greedy and shocking customer service. There are plenty of other reputable hotels in Paris to choose from.

IMPORTANT: YOUR BELONGINGS are NOT SAVE In THE HOTEL ROOM. My golden necklace was STOLEN INSIDE THE ROOM (a gift of my grandmother). The hotel owners accused me that I must have lost it, even though that is impossible (I left it on the table and when we got back in the evening it was not there anymore). They also said that it doesn’t make sense to go to the police because we don’t have any proof. At the police station they told us that this excuse it very common. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL !!! In general the hotel room is very noisy. You literally hear every word your neighbour is saying and every time your neighbours close the door of their rooms it seems that it is your room and wake you up. The bathroom is not comfortable at all (very small) and remains humid, the shower is so small that the tend sticks on your skin while you are taking it, horrible sensation. The room is not efficiently clean and honestly for the price you are paying it is NOT worth it to stay in this hotel. The room is super small and there is no space to move. The owners and the staff of the hotel are rude. MUST CHOOSE ANOTHER HOTEL!

I booked a room with two single beds. When I arrived, they gave me an access card - which wasn't working. I went back to the reception, and they gave me a new card. This time, the door oppened.. but surprise : it was already occupied and a suitcase was open on the bed. I went down to the reception. The hostess did not seem to have faith in myself "This is not possible, you must have pick the wrong door". I noticed her I openned the door the card she gave me was able to open. I hate being taken as an idiot. Finally she decided to walk up to check and she concluded the room was still occupied as I noticed before. "I don't know how it is possible" she said while moving a few sheets. I answered her that I am not working in this hotel. I finally get a double bed room (I booked twin beds). The bed was small, the bathroom in a very poor condition. The shower was not closing properly and soon flooded the bathroom. Thus I paid slightly higher rates for twin beds(67€), I only get some random excuses. The hotel was also very noisy. I do recommend to avoid this place.

This was a terrible room for the price. Small, no amenities, very cheap furnishings, super small bathroom. Great location but we know there are much better rooms available for much less in the same area. Keep looking.
