I stayed there for 3 nights with family. I booked deluxe room with Mountain View. The view from the room was mind blowing, we felt like we are standing just next to snow cladding mountain. The room, washroom quality is excellent. Additionally the food (I opted for Complimentary buffet breakfast and dinner) serve at restaurant is excellent. Staff and manager are excellent and very courteous. This is my honest review, 5stars on all the parameters. I recommend this to all.

As expected I was mesmerized by the scenic beauty that this hotel provides. It was an awesome experience. Very well mannered and capable staff and their friendly attitude makes ur stay in the Queen of Hill stations a memorable experience. I liked the most: 1. Parking space 2. It gives u the mountains best wide view possible. 3. Modern amenities with very cooperative and assistive staff. 4. Very neat and clean. 5. Delectable food is a cherry on the cake. 6. Lawn garden area with breathtaking view of snow clad mountains. 8. Location is away from bustling crowd.

Review: The best hotel to stay in Manali , the view of the mountains , the cosy rooms, beautiful ambience , hospitality of staffs will awe you in many ways. i will recommend this hotel to everyone who come from the hustles of city to enjoy moments of serenity and peace . I must say the food and amenities here is equally good .This stay will be etched forever in our life. Thanks.

Review: Came to manali in 2022 last and stayed here had a wonderful experience. Came back to manali this year and stayed here again, which in itself is a positive feedback. A returning customer. As always i love to stay here everything is really awesome about this place but moreover the staff is very polite, well mannered, helpful and considerate. Will always recommend thomas villa to everyone and would always prefer to stay here when in manali than elsewhere.

Hi Booked from MMT. 2 days I have both possible and negative reviews. Positive: 1- Economically Good 2- The rooms were spacious. 3- Services was good 4- Food was good Negative: 1- Too far from Mall Road(wrong mentioned in their description). 2- The person at the reception needs to change his behaviour. 3- Complementary Breakfast will have very less options. 4- No Card or Online Payment (Only Cash) So the conclusion will be to try to take hotels near Mall road or Old Manali.
