Wonderful girls trip to Boston!! We were celebrating our 50th birthdays and were treated like queens by the staff. Rooms were perfect with extra pillows and comfy beds. Highly recommend this hotel! I have to mention Jarderle at the front desk he was exceptional! Thank you so much for making our experience such a good one.

Where do I begin? The entire experience is completely stellar. Right now, I am writing about Mya at Sauciety restaurant on the property. Mya is so very sweet and quite genuine. She made sure I received everything I requested and there was hardly any wait. I would definitely dine here again. I hope she is my server when I come back. She made me smile and laugh. A sure way to my heart!

I have stayed multiple times at different Westin Hotel The Westin Hotel at Boston Seaport District is the best that I have stayed in. My first encounter was with a gentleman named Jardell who told me that he was originally from Haiti. He automatically made me an my colleague feel like we were the most important guest. Then I had the pleasure of interacting with Gabriel the concierge who treated me like a VIP. I received a well written note from him that was delivered by a delightful young lady named Latifa. I have attended countless conferences and stayed at multiple Marriott hotels rather on business or personal. My only regrets is that this conference was only for two days and couldn't enjoy the best experience of my life. To management these employees have been the best staff that I've ever been served by in my entire history of hotels stayed. Cuddos to team Westin at Boston Seaport District

Very average hotel. Extremely basic room and small bathroom. Found in no value for money. For this amount you can get opulence in hotels of Europe & Asia! The breakfast was also as basic as it can get. Location is ok but still not the closest to downtown
