Warm welcomes and great breakfast at Sauciety restaurant

During our stay at the Westin Hotel, we went to the Sauciety restaurant a few times. Each time we saw Sharon on duty, she greeted us like old friends. She made us happy to be there, and our breakfasts were always enjoyable. Sharon’s positive attitude made our mornings great. Overall, the Sauciety restaurant is one of the best places to start your day with a buffet that has pretty much everything you could want. Our favorites were the avocado toast, chicken sausage, and custom omelets. -John & Kathleen

Yingmei at the restaurant was amazing, very friendly and progfessional, she went way out of her way to offer us great service . She was prompt, efficient friendly. The food was also very good , we had the buffet breakfast , but the best part was the service.

We had breakfast at the Sauciety. Waitress Mya was friendly, knowledgeable, and had great customer service. I have a food allergy and was accommodated without any issues. We never got to see the bottom of our coffee cup and were offered a coffee to go. Amazing experience. Highly recommend and look for Mya! She was phenomenal.

I gifted my husband a trip to Boston for his birthday and we stayed at the Westin Boston Seaport. This is a beautiful hotel connected to the convention center. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Our room had a great view and the hotel is in a great location. We ate at MJ O'Connors for drinks and apps. The Lobster flatbread was delicious. We ate at Sauciety for breakfast and had a fantastic experience thanks to our waiter, Kenny. He really went above and beyond to make my husband's birthday special. Overall, if we were ever in Boston again, we would return to the Westin.

Excellent service from the whole team, especially the bell captain and the valet parking crew (Fasil) who helped me in a jam. Enjoyed the personal touch of being remembered by the bar and waitstaff about my preferences - made me feel like a regular even after only a couple of days.
