Normal hotel, rude front office staff, services in restaurant is very pathetic.. very limited variety of breakfast and over priced rates of food. Not a great hospitality, very basic, over priced & one star

Here the food is superb must try - samsavere sabji roti and khichdi and also open cheese garlic bread,but not a place to go with family after 11pm in night,bcz it's very noisy and many other reasons are also there,bcz restaurant is very reputed I can't write the reason.

Smelly rooms were there. When asked for air freshener they brought like a water spray with odd smell and said this is the room freshener only they have. Very untidy bedding with odour and stains. Only plus point is the location which is in the center of the city. Not recommended!!!

It is one of the best hotels located in the middle of the city !! It was a wonderful experience at The Westend !! The rooms are well maintained and luxurious !! The food quality and service are equally good !! The ambience is also perfect !!
