It was a nice experience in wave by citrine.The staff were so helpful and cooperative.The facilities were also fine.Some equipments were old and needed some replacements but every problems were well attended by the staff.The food was also good.The way to reach the location was a bit troublesome but it was a nice place to chill out for a vaccation.

Just 250 metres approaching the resort is bad, bumpy ride. Loved being there. Great hospitality by the team. Made us feel confident and give feel good as the staff contact us before reaching there guiding us the location map and tourist spot nearby to resort, it help us to plan day activities. Anandhu was helpful giving guidance on tourist spot planning. The resort has a giant vertical map at the entrance of the front desk, that is good. Mahesh was helpful and other staff also. Meals needs to lace order before like for lunch order around 10:30 , 11 am and dinner before 6:30pm. Serving is very less hence makes the food pricey, good taste. The cottages are builts on the hillslope if you are traveling with senior citizens plz aks it before booking, your preference else you will end up walking on the steps. Every night 9:30 bonfire is there with music, my family had thrilling experiences. For us Minibar was not in working condition so had to use resturant kitchen. DG switching when power goes off can be faster. Rooms are spacious. Guys you can give a try as we loved the overall experience. Buffet breakfast is good, neat and clean.

The place is so peaceful and calm. Swimming pool are so clean. Staffs are so nice, they are ready to help anytime. Parking is available. Food is really tasty, especially the fish fry. Shabeer helped us in food selection and it really was good. All staffs had a pleasant face which gives an overall positive vibe of that place

Resort is very calm and quite that we feel like connected with nature surrounding, it is like a lake view resort ,All the staffs are so good that we feel like they are taking care of us like special ones even though the approach road is not that good and once we reach like a small heaven

One of the best resort in Wayanad ,with magnificent view of a lake that the rooms are lake facing and the room is very specious.The welcome was very awesome that all the staffs are so professional that they always smile and greet us accordingly .overall it was the most wonderful experience I have had, The staffs like jibin ,anandhu was so friendly they were always there when we needed, excellent space to capture stills❤️
