I went to travel for research and was met with endless nights of inconvenience. The day I arrived, I discovered that the room didn't have a bolt to prevent people from getting in and opening the door completely. So I went downstairs and asked for a different room, they moved me to a room with a worse view and still no bolt on the door. The key cards never work and I kept getting locked out of my room. I spent every night trying to get maintenance to unlock the doors. Service was abysmal as I've had to come back to the front desk sometimes 5-6times a day just to get in. I stayed for 5 days and no one did anything to fix the issue. I'm immensely disappointed in the service we received. I was barely able to get any work done during my stay.

Amazing hotel and good views. Really happy to stay. The front office manager was really good and gentle.....Hanu and Sushma....both were helpful and treated us nice. Great location and view from the room. Nearby localities has restaurants and Tesco also....

They doing false advertisement that its tower bridge view but sadly they will not listen to you when you arrive and ask you to pay extra view. Ethically wrong and should be reported on all forums. You have to pay 50 extra for room otherwise you will get somebody back roof view. You can get hotel anywhere else with far more luxury and better view in London in this price. Rather than this outdated and unethical company. Avoid at all cost.

Lovely hotel. The staff were really friendly, professional and offered great service. We stayed in a standard double which was really spacious and clean. Great view overlooking St Katherine’s Marina. We enjoyed sitting in the outdoor bar area next to the cosy fire pits next to Tower Bridge in the evening. Really enjoyed our stay and will probably be back again.

Was I very great experience first time in London. Great view from my room. The Tower Bridge. More so Wei Jiarag. Was very helpful and kind. I give him 20 out of 10. Yes 20 out of 10. Will definitely come again to the Tower Hotel and also I highly recommend. Center of attraction. If you need the tube Tower Hill is a short walk away.
