This is an exceptional hotel in my humble opinion. The hotel sits on and next to a lovely shopping mall which makes it very convenient for shopping and eating. The interior design of the hotel is striking with something to admire at every turn and corner from the library to the banqueting rooms and the reception area. The pool at the top is the cherry on the cake and an absolute relief from the vibrant hustle and bustle of the streets of Mumbai . But truly the real delight of this hotel is the staff . Their dedication to their customers is exceptional . The pride they take in serving their clientele and their service standards are unequaled to anywhere else I have experienced in my travels around the world . The trip to Mumbai was a real pleasure almost in its entirety due to the amazing time we had at the hotel. Thank you to Mayank Bhahirat for his unswerving attention to my sisters dietary needs , thank you to the guest relations manager and heena , pawan. Krushank , Krishna S and all the other staff . St Regis Mumbai This hotel s ideally located above the palladium mall. The hotel is beautiful and very comfortable. Rooms are spacious and the rain shower is one of the most powerful I have experienced The variety of foods at breakfast was just amazing and I must say delicious. The restaurant serving staff were extremely good and I would say hritikesh deserves a huge mention as he went way beyond to look after us. Thanks to the amazing chefs Mayank B who daily did his best to fulfil my breakfast wishes, as I suffer from egg allergy & Krishna S was fabulous too. The concierge were very helpful and special thanks goes to Heena and Pawan & Krushank The service at St Regis is amazing and thanks goes to the door staff & pool staff too A very big thank you for making our trip a special & memorable one.

My butler Prerna was extremely helpful and considerate throughout my stay, really appreciated her help.the room service food was amazing but was disappointed when I realised koishii is closed for lunch on weekdays. The ac was a bit complicated to figure out as it was either very cold or very hot.

Wonderful experience in a relaxing retreat in the middle of a hectic city. The attention received from the assistant manager Nikhil goes above and beyond. He is Profesional, dedicated, personable but above all a true asset to the entite Marriott group. In a world of endless hotel choices it is rewarding to have someone like him at your disposal. Urvi at the concierge is another true asset. We have never had a concierge actually care to help above and beyond. She is extremely resourceful, bright and cheerful. The St Regis Mumbai excells because of these 2 employees. Congrats to a wonderful hotel and these 2 staff members. We will be back thanks to them.

We were a party of 4. Went there for a friend’s birthday. Upon making a reservation on call. The hostess who attended my call named Marina asked me what the occasion was, I replied it was a birthday. She said as it’s a birthday the dessert will be complimentary from our end. I was delighted to hear that. Once we got there the hostess wished my friend happy birthday, and we proceeded with our meal. We were going to order our own dessert but we figured that they’d bring one out momentarily. However they did not, and even when we called for the cheque no dessert was served. I don’t know if they forgot but for a restaurant of their calibre it’s distatestful to promise something and not see it through. Anyway, while we left I told the server that a birthday dessert was promised but not served and she insisted we sit down again and they we will do the needful. In my opinion once the guests have paid and left their seats it’s just inconvenient to offer while they are leaving. So my advice to anyone going for a special occasion is go there to enjoy the ambience and food. Dont expect much from the service.
