The staff were AMAZING , and every employee, from Management, doormen, chefs, scurity to the service crew always had a smile on their face and always i really to help I was not treated as a hotel guest, the entire staff made me feel like a part of their family. Cleaning crew was excellent, especially. A modern hotel, that is well maintained, very clean, and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of food choices, and fresh fruit and juices. The hotel is centrally located, with easy access to all points of interest. I would highly recommend. I would give the staff and hotel a rating of 15 out of 10! and also your 3 Star 🌟 should change to 5 Stars. thank you all and will miss you all. x .

Good maintenance n friendly staff. One of the good hotels in Mumbai Central.. One good thing for me is water bottles can be unlimited based on your thirst.. As I take plenty of water, had 6 bottles one night. The breakfast is decent if not on higher side.

The pillows the room and the bathtub all are fabulous and really loved how everyone smiled! They also entertained the guest that i had invited for to meet! The food timings should increase like with a better time duration the breakfast is good with good variety
