Went to the rooftop restaurant. The ambience was good and the food was ok to good . But the staff was well below average. Overstaffed , with very poor knowledge of the menu . Poor hygeine. Looked for the staff in charge , he too seemed no better munching on a plate of food . A hotel of this calibre should pay attention to its staff calibre . I must add the staff in the rooms are very good

Had a very experience staying at this hotel which is centrally located in city centre. Mr. Thilak GM was very kind enough to offer me the best possible rates. They have a cozy bar with good selections of drinks. The food served is very tasty. Staff members are very courteous and helpful. Overall a very satisfying stay experience.

The worth experience by food dining . I came with my wife this restaurant. all food taken long time to serve and also the serving people are not able to like to serve the dishes. But great ambiance from the top floor restaurant.food was just ok they serve soup like cold soup .all food it's extra spicy more people surrounding with us but nobody asking about the food experiance.plz font suggest this restaurant..

We had recently booked a 3 days and 3 nights stay at The residency towers Trivandrum. This was the second time we had booked at the residency towers, the first time was 5yrs back. The hotel is very cleanly maintained and the food is very good. Above all the staff is very helpful. During our stay, we had an unfortunate accident where my elderly mother fell from the bed and hit her head on the side table. The cut was deep and it was bleeding profusely. We called the reception for help and the manager (Mr. Vishnu) came promptly to our room with a first aid kit. He with the help of one of his colleagues suggested a good hospital nearby and we took our mother there. The manager was with us the entire time at the hospital and paid all the bills (which we reimbursed later that day ) and got all the prescribed medicines. He was with us until we got back to our room. It was impressive to see how quickly they acted, thought of a hospital with a CT scan facility (since it was a head injury) and took full control of the situation when we were all worried and caring for my mother. Even though it was our last night there, the manager was so kind and caring enough to give us an extra rollaway bed so that my mother could get some extra space and sleep peacefully without having to worry about slipping out of the bed again. These kind of services especially at a hard time truly says a lot about how much they care for their customers. We, the whole family, are truly thankful to the staff of The Residency towers, especially Mr. Vishnu. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a stay in Trivandrum.

The helpful and friendly attitude of the staff attracted us more to this hotel. Back in 2015 we had stayed here for almost a month. It was a coincidence to be welcomed by the new front office manager Mr. Vishnu who so wonderfully served us previously at The South Park. At the restaurant, the atmosphere and the food are excellent. But I appreciate the efforts of the smiling staff more than everything.
