A transit airport hotel that knows their business and affordable higher end digs Though a little worn in places Arrived late and leaving early so elected to spend two nights here Fern checked me in with speed and a smile with two welcome drink vouchers and booked my shuttle for my departure whilst arranging my vegetarian breakfast box Mohamed a charming bell hop took me to my room The hotel is open design which is refreshing and less stuff then in town Room huge and not carpeted Always a plus in the tropics for me Bathroom huge and a bathtub near a rain shower or hand held open design Was divine after 4 days in the jungle Bed heaven Coffee pods too which was appreciated and something my 5 star silom hotel didn't even offer Pretty quiet given local but did hear workers starting a 7am Not ideal Breakfast decent buffet with egg and noodle station There's a big outdoor food market close by and a shopping centre with a Target like shop and supermarket where I got some souvenir snacks All amenities from wifi to pool excellent Happy hour is 2 for one cocktails One barkeep was new I think and English non existent she did her best Had dinner and the adapted local eats to vegetarian pallet Not outrageous price Filled in a few hours, at the premium outlets nearby, though prices on par with Australia Also outdoors so didn't linger on a 38c day Shuttle on time and around 10 mins to airport Will return to hotel for sure if I've a need to be near airport again

In preparation for an early flight we elected to stay at the Park Nine Suvarnabhumi - it is 20 minutes by shuttle from BBK Suvarnabhumi airport. The room was rather small by BKK standards and made for a cramped experience with our luggage for an extended overseas trip. Having said this it was clean and relatively quite, away from the front of the building that bears the brunt of traffic noise. Guest facilities are quite extensive - more than the normal "In transit" hotel, more like a resort. Our desire for flexible check in and check out times were not met - maybe they were fully booked. No porter service meant we struggled with our luggage. Staff were efficient and courteous as always in Thailand. Check out was soured at little when charged ฿107 for a bottle of drinking water from the room's bar fridge. The same can be purchased for ฿10 from 711. What irked more was the complimentary drinking water was less than adequate to begin with. One final black mark was the shuttle driver's carelessness resulting in damage to one of our suitcases, discovered after he'd driven off. Still, overall our experience while not completely satisfactory, was on par with many other "airport hotels" we've stayed in. They are there to fill a need.

Stayed one night as transit between countries. Staff were very professional and friendly. Room was very well laid out, fresh and clean. Breakfast was a good range. Free shuttle but to airport was a bonus. Good location close to airport. Would recommend!!

Good hotel near airport (10Min) - nice clean rooms for an average prize - clean and well furnished rooms. I always stay here if I have an early flight, since it is a nightmare to drive in the morning from the city to the airport - and you have to get up very early..

Great overall experience! We came here with around 30+ people and the experience went well. Very clean and great experience. SERVICE The customer service was good at the front desk. Check in and check out was so fast even though we entered/exited as a group. They had our group list already printed and ready for us. The restaurant staff was on point in the breakfast. There was one guy at the luggage area was pretty rude (stepped on a part of my child's stroller - didn't apologize). They didn't allow us to PAY for late check out because the hotel was full. The hotel sales department is responsive on email, which is great when you don't want to have to call long distance. ROOMS Large and spacious. We had a 2 twin beds plus an extra bed added. It comfortably fit our family with lots of space for luggage etc. There is a ref in the room that actually keeps things cold, which is great if you want to buy fruits or drinks. FREE SHUTTLE (BKK AIRPORT ONLY) I personally did not take this service, but a few families from our group did and they said it went smoothly. You do have to reserve it in advance the night before to insure you get a spot that leave every hour from the hotel. OPEN SPACE There is on an open space for kids to play on every floor (3rd and up) that allowed the kids in our group to meet and play together without having to congregate in someone's room. SWIMMING POOL It's a beautiful setting. There was no one else in the pool except our group. There's a shower and towels that you can access easily. We were able to shower before our flight even though we had already checked out of our room. The staff was so nice and helpful. LOBBY Very comfortable lobby. Free wifi there and there are a lot of seats to hang out while waiting before going to the airport. WIFI It's inconsistent, so if you are planning to get work done, just note that it's not super stable and you have to keep logging back in EVERY day. Sometimes the pop up page won't trigger and the staff didn't really know how to fix it. BREAKFAST Excellent. Great variety. The food was always refilled. We were able to get our water bottles filled with ice and water. There were a lot of varieties of fruits, bread, drinks, good coffee, noodle soup station and an egg station plus various dishes. LOCATION It was great. There's the Robinson mall across the street with a great Food Hall Food court that is very affordable. There's also a grocery store there. 3-5 min walk on your left you can see Villa Market, Amazon Cafe, a great little Japanese restaurant, Burger King, Mcdonald's and 7-11. Everything is accessible when you walk left. We had to stay away from the city because we were attending an event that was near the BKK airport. This hotel is about 45 min from the DMK airport. There's also a night market just 5 min away with good food. We would stay here again if the location suited our needs.
