The orchid is so pleasant ....the breakfast and check in check out is so quick ....they helped us so much ....the rooms are clean and tidy ....the ambience ....roof top ...view amazing and the vibes here are so pleasant ....will visit this place again

Akshay from customer service team in luch buffet was extremely nice and good with his service and took really good care of all the customers. Great employee and great asset to the hotel team . Staff at check in counter was also very supportive.

Context: I often travel to different cities regarding business & get a chance to stay at premium hotels. Due to the nature of my work, I could compare my experience to other hotels as well. The Good: The room was neat & clean, the service was fast. The breakfast was freshly prepared & was tasty. The Bad: 1. Unwelcoming Policies: Outside food is not allowed (this I might have seen seldom in premium hotels, but since they provide food round the clock this is somewhat understandable), Guests are now allowed to visit (this was told to me at the reception, which I have never seen). Though it did not matter to me since I was on a business trip but this is as unwelcoming as it gets. 2. Staff Lacks warmth: The tone of staff members that I interacted with on reception was not quite welcoming, there was too much delay in checking in & checking out. The service boy that brought the food asked me to keep the tray outside the room or call once I am done (at 12 midnight), which could have been cleared the next day. 3. Breakfast: The breakfast had limited options, mostly south Indian & fruits. Not at all as per expectation. Also I saw a gentleman sitting next to me calling the waiter & giving him possibly a wood piece that he took out of the food & left the food then & there. 4. Lacks customer focus: Since it was a business trip I needed invoice of the stay. But to my surprise, I have not yet received the correct invoice (3 days after the stay) even after 3 follow ups. In all the stay was below average & needs improvement. Definitely not recommended!
