That's awesome to say that Mr. Akhtar, Mr. Rafiq, Mr. Tahir, Mr. Rahil, and Mr. Akbar from Orchard Hotel and Resort Spa really know how to provide top-notch hospitality. From what you've shared, I seem to excel in making your breakfast and dinner experiences enjoyable with their pleasant and well-mannered service and with a very experienced hospitality service. It's great when the staff goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable at the hotel😄🏨 would also recommend the resort for choosing for stay with this great experience of hospitality Thankyou. Apart from excellent hospitality, I received a tour service for going at sightseeing and exploring places in Srinagar and long way,from them too in which i had a very great fun time with experienced and full of knowledge giving person whom we can say a guide cum driver cum friend Mr. Tanveer Bashir who explained the things and took us for the sightseeings and helping us in all possible ways would also recommend you to take his services if you are visiting Srinagar he will be the best guide and person to make you explore the city and all other points near to the city

Absolutely amazing arrangement! FOOD and HOSPITALITY in this hotel I like the most! Location was so much lovely. Surrounded by greenery. Staff was so humble, well mannered, well dressed and I noticed their CONCERN for the guest. Service was so fast. Parvaiz in restaurant was extremely polite and served us utmost best. I liked Parvaiz, Javed, Mohammad Rafiq, and all F&B team. They all were so good and doing their Job fabulously. Mr. Deepak in wellness center arranged for us in the best interest of me.

It was great experience of staying at Orchard Retreat..The campus of hotel is superb and pleasant..Surrounded by Mountains..it looks incredible..Food was delicious..The staff is very helpful n prompt in service..Will recommend for sure..The prompt service from staff members Pervez Akhtar, Jaiveer, Basid made it more pleasant ..

We stayed here for 3 days and right from the start to end , absolutely we enjoyed the property a lot . Perfect location to stay in for perfect peaceful holidays to enjoy in heaven. The staff was polite and were ready to serve politely.the food was also great and ambience was amazing.this resort is a must stay in Sri nagar. The wheather was also great. There were also activities to keep us entertain throughout our stay. Specs thanks to Mr Saqib was very helpful in sorting out our problems and Mr khalid in front office was also very informative and helpful. Definitely we will visit again in winters.

The orchard retreat and spa, Srinagar is an excellent hotel to stay in Srinagar. The hotel layout is well designed. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The heating facility was good. Food was top class with variety and spread to cater to all cuisines. Staff was courteous and took care of every details. Overall a nice experience! Special mention to Basit and Saqib from the front desk team who are very corteous and polite, really appreciable... Also, the driver provided by Khalid - Mr. Mudasir was amazing person. He was very soft spoken and helpful. He possess great driving skills. Punctual and well cultured. He made our trip very comfortable and smooth and it is great to say that people like him make you fall in love with Kashmiri people. Next time we travel to Kashmir will definitely stay back with you guys... Thank you so much for making our trip so memorable... ❤️❤️❤️
