This is an awesome apart-hotel. Would be great if you are staying for a long time or need to work during your stay. Also great for families. I booked a 1 bedroom suite, but they gave us a 2 bedroom suite and just closed off the 2nd bed/bath. I'm not sure if the common area in that suite is larger than what I originally booked, but it was so nice. The kitchen is very modern and clean. Everything was easy to use and the housekeeping staff ran the dishwasher every day. It was also a very nice touch that the fridge came stocked with a number of complementary drinks, including water (that would be restocked as used), as well as wine, beer, and soft drinks (one time per stay). The staff were very nice and the room was extremely comfortable. I do wish the tv had some kind of screen mirroring ability (like chromecast) because it would've been nice to be able to sit in the living room and watch a movie. It seemed like they did have something available, but I downloaded several apps and some appeared you needed a subscription. Perhaps I just couldn't get it to work correctly. The hotel has a small spa, not really a place to lounge, but I had a nice massage to end my stay. The location is great, right near a ton of restaurants. Our rate included breakfast, which was a buffet served in the rooftop restaurant/bar. On nice days, you could also sit outside. In my hurry to get to the airport on my last day, I accidentally left something in the room. I realized as I was boarding the plane. I remembered the hotel had whatsapp and texted them. They wrote back immediately and sent me a picture of the item. They were able to put me in touch with a shipping company and get it back to me in a week or two for about EUR50, which I appreciated.

I stayed here with my daughter for 8 days and it was literally best service and best hotel I’ve stayed at and I have traveled all over the world. Staff was over the top accommodating. The massages with Paulo and Marta were fantastic. The rooftop restaurant had delicious food. The concierge service was excellent. And you could not find a better location. Cudos to management and staff because I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wanted a pampering fabulous experience.

Incredible bar and service. The food was outstanding as were the cocktails and view. João in particular went above and beyond our expectations, giving us all the best service and ensuring we had all of our needs met. Blankets to keep the evening chill off and fussy eaters were all catered for. Fantastic João is a credit to you.

Love the oxtail croquettes and Garlic Prawns. Can request for a rooftop view. In summer, go around 6-7PM to get a view of city in daylight, then sunset and nightlight when meal is finished. The service was very polite and nice. Felt very humane and chill.

Lovely views, great service, and delicious food! Would definitely recommend this spot! Had the risotto and a lovely bottle of red wine. Our sever was very knowledgeable and provided excellent service. We received complimentary glasses of bubbles, as we were celebrating our honeymoon!
