I want a suggestion please The hotel is located in very nice and staff is very helpful locality of Banaras, The rooms are very nice in this price range. Hotel staffs are very friendly , I never felt like I m in hotel. The food was very tasty in ok ok price range. Mast hotel.

I had stayed in this hotel in July since I had visited Varanasi for a religious family trip. The hotel was booked through Makemytrip and I had got a reasonable rate. The checkin experience was good ad it was seemless. The check in time was odd(2 pm) but it did not matter since Vande Bharat reaches Varanasi at 2 pm. It would have been difficult if I had taken a morning flight that reaches Varanasi around 11am. The room was spacious, cleam with all basic amenities. The plus point is their morning buffet and dinner. The food was very tasty and you would have a lot of options to choose from. Their staff in general was very courtious and efficient. The oy negative is that none of the room has a window but then we did not miss it since we used to return at night.

This is the worst hotel ever...0 service..broken beds which could probably break your body.rooms size r like kennels..very rude behaviour..bad odour.no teabags n nothing r provided...even if we ask they dont provide..never ever visit this place otherwise u would never be able to visit anywhere

Hotel staffs were very friendly and cooperative even at the late nights.We ordered food only two times but the presentation and the taste was great.Room was very clean and staffs were helpfull in every sense.Overall ,i had a great stay at the hotel.
