All the facilities were fantastic and we had full service each day. Couldn’t be happier. We were in an excellent spot near to Grassmarket. Did have a problem with a water leak but the staff promptly got it sorted. These 2 bedroom apartments are ideal for either 2 couples or friends.

The apartment was perfect! We had the top floor and even had a room with a view of the back of the castle! The cleaning crew and welcome basket of goodies was a wonderful touch! Central to everything within from a 5 to 30 minute walk. CIty noise to be expected but was able to have the windows open at night for a wonderful breeze enjoying the mild weather. Easy to come and go - highly recommend instead of getting 2 hotel rooms.

We booked a one bedroom apartment. It was spacious and fully self contained. The reception staff were lovely and helpful. The location was terrific and we pretty well much walked everywhere. Would definitely stay again as it was in the Old Edinburgh Town area abs there was so much to see and do. Close to a lot of cafes and restaurants.

Booked here after reading all the positive reviews. After staying here, I have to agree with them. The staff were helpful and friendly. The location is perfect for seeing the sights. The apartment was spacious for 3 adults and had everything you need for your stay and close to a number of restaurants/cafes if you prefer to dine out. Would definitely stay here again.

The carpet was stained, the walls were torn and dirty, there was stains on the ceiling, lamp shades were broken, raidiafor were broken, towel warmer didngnwork, the list just goes on. Our room was only asked to be serviced once in the 6 day stay and all they did was put in new towels. For the money that was spent to stay, it was very overpriced. Front desk said "you get what you pay for". Paying $750 CAD a night was WAY to much for this place.
