Hotel was very nice. Rooms were clean, food was also tasty. Hotel staff was also very supportive. Manger sudhir singh ji was very helpful. Overall experience was very good.

Stayed here for 2 nights and the hotel is tired , there is construction going on around the pool. Some of the staff were very helpful others not. We had to request drinking water multiple times and it seemed a real effort for staff to get it. Room was not serviced even though there appeared to be a lot of staff. It felt like there was no one in charge of the hotel.

This truly is a heritage hotel - you feel like you're on a film set! The attention to detail is wonderful starting with the warm welcome from Shabiya on the front desk who just couldn't do enough to ensure we were happy and had everything we needed throughout our stay. She is a true asset to the hotel. The food, pool area and service in general was a very high standard. There was a lot of building work going on during our stay which made the pool area very noisy but that is to be expected with the planned expansion of the hotel. We stayed in 8 hotels in our trip to India and this was our favourite!

From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome. The place itself is stunning and steeped in history but it's the staff who make it a special place to be. The staff were courteous, polite and professional, especially Shabiya, who went above and beyond. The food was great and the musicians were talented and played us a song from home, to our suprise. We were given a free upgrade to a suite which was spectacular and made us feel special. Thank you all for making our short stay in Agra so memorable.
