Smelly Damped Rooms with Non-Working Lights, Smelly Washrooms, Cockroach in Food and what not. The staff was also of very laid off approach and the buffet was not changed even after showing the buffet. The Dinner Area roof was leaking and they have put buckets around the tables.

No support after explaining a genuine concern- (hotel booking ID 43777780494496204117). was trying to resolve the issue from 2 days. very bad attitude. they kept me waiting at the hotel for 2.5 hours and then denied the asked support. i booked the hotel online so they did not give the required support. they told that if i had booked directly, they would do something about it.
