Rooms ceetainly overated but ok. Hotel service well below par. Restaurant is low quality service and food - if you are staying here, find somewhete else to eat/drink. Bar/lounge last orders 8.30pm!!! They have limited drink menu....not even cognac, and just one brandy

We booked the Fullerton Hotel in Singapore as a transit stop over on our way back from Bali, We made a great choice, first we booked a room that gave us a $200 dollar credit to spend in the hotel. When we arrived our receptionist Mai could not have been more helpful or efficient. It was my wife’s Birthday and we received an upgraded room and a beautiful cake was waiting in our room. Mai was very Helpful and made sure we knew how we could spend our hotel credit and where to eat etc. you can use the facilities of the Fullerton bay hotel which is across the road and has a great view of the bay and the Lantern bar was a brilliant place to have dinner and drinks while watching the fountain display unfold. We also used the pool area the next day to relax and sunbathe. you can get to the Fullerton bay hotel from the Fullerton hotel by an underpass between them with moving pavements, very easy and convenient. Both hotels are stylish and have great history, the Fullerton was the home of the GPO in Singapore. The history of the building is wonderfully displayed in the bottom of the hotel as you transit between them. The Hotels are super clean and s staff are extremely friendly and efficient. I watched as the Immaculate dressed manager was obviously carrying out morning rounds and checks, followed by his entourage who were taking notes as he pointed out any slight imperfection. Nice to see attention to detail, yet thats what you get in amazing Singapore. Our room was beautiful with a great view of the river and bridge. It had a wonderful bath and the best shower I have experienced in a hotel. Thank you Mai for all you advice and help, thank you Fullerton and staff for such a great stay. I only wish it had been longer. I

The Fullerton hotel did not disappoint. In fact it exceeded all our expectations. It was recommended by numerous friends to stay here and now I can see why. Gorgeous spacious room with incredibly high ceilings and huge bathroom. Stunning foyer and friendly and efficient staff upon check in. Truly a 5 star hotel. Breakfast was enjoyable with a considerable amount of options. Great pool area and facilities. Ideal location and walkable to everywhere. Would no doubt without hesitation stay here again.

A fantastic stay in the Fullerton Hotel a Beautiful Hotel and great view from our balcony over the Singapore River staff were excellent and breakfast was great. The hotel was with in walking distance to most of the tourist attractions and public transport was excellent be prepared for the heat and humidity but still a great place to stay and would recommend the Fullerton Hotel it has been a very pleasant experience thank you
