I had an amazing Birthday getaway celebration at the Envoy Hotel. Thank you Envoy Seaport for going above and beyond! Upon arrival we were greeted by extremely friendly, professional, and a very caring front desk. We had an incredible dinner our first evening and breakfast each morning at the Para Maria. The food, presentation, and service were the best! A bonus was the day of my birthday, when leaving the hotel to enjoy venturing out in the city, we met the GM, Joe Mellia. We let him know how pleased we were that our room was beautiful, clean, and had a spectacular view of the city. When we returned, to our utter surprise, our room had been cleaned, a strawberry shaped balloon, chilled Prosecco, and the most delicious covered strawberries with a lovely note from the Envoy staff wishing me a Happy Birthday. The weather was absolutely beautiful during our stay; therefore, we were able to enjoy the Lookout Rooftop Bar with delicious pub food and drinks. Full disclosure, we hosted our son’s Rehearsal dinner and Welcome party in September 2023. We were so happy to run into our Event Planner, Jake, and Brian, one of our favorite bartenders (they were more great bartenders too!). Strongly recommend this hotel. We look forward to visiting again. This is why my husband is a Lifetime Platinum Member; only the Marriott chain for us!!!

Wow! What a great stay at The Envoy Hotel in Boston. Everything was spot on. The vibe in the lobby was calm and cool. I loved the decor, as it is modern and stylish, not overly trendy. The RoofTop bar/restaurant was lively, to say the least. The crowd was young (much younger than we are!). The next time my youngest son is in Boston, I will highly recommend he checks it out; I think I'd get points w/ him for even knowing about it. We had. brunch @ Para Maria, in the hotel. The service was top notch and the food was good. After staying at The Envoy, I want to do something creative. #inspired Highly recommend for couples, parents traveling with older kids, esp young adults. Great shopping a few steps away. Thanks Envoy!

Stayed here over Patriot’s Day weekend for the Boston Marathon. The hotel was very nicely decorated, clean and the staff were generally excellent. Especially Katie with the Food service who helped guests everywhere - in the restaurant, in the rooftop bar and even on our floor for room service.

Have visited before, but had my first stay. Everything was perfect! Roommates birthday was a success! all staff was super helpful and professional the roof top and igloos were so much fun ! I will forever recommend this place to everyone for a fun night in Boston !

Stayed from December 31st into January 1st 2024 as the location is great with the rooftop bars and view. Prior to our arrival I contacted the hotel via telephone several times however it would ring and ring and ring some more. After several failed attempts I tried again in the morning afternoon and night time all met with the same response. I tried the restraunt and left voicemails trying to obtain any information about the New Years festivities. Well no one answered so I chatted with marriot the day of my arrival and they stated they could not contact the hotel as well.hhmmmm and offered the explanation that they were busy. So my wife and I went into the hotel not knowing where to park or any festivities taking place the day of. We were able to check in and my wife notified there were no bath robes so I attempted to call the front desk much of the same response nothing no one answered. Given the above I then went to the front desk and requested the bath robes which were not provided in the room and advised they would be up in the room. Well they never showed up. Due to the lack of customer service all the tables were taken on the roof top. Safe to say the customer service is less than even helpful even somewhat. Beautiful hotel but the service is sub par.
