This is mainly an airport transit hotel and it does it very well. Seamless shuttle from airport to hotel and back again. Good breakfast Clean and comfortable rooms, Good clean pool,friendly and helpful staff. Large Mall next door, The Cottage provides everything you need for a low price

I only stayed overnight as post-Covid-19, like many travellers I am wary of same day international flight connections between different airlines, especially if not on the same 'passenger name record' (ticket). I caught Thai Railways' Airport Express train from the basement at the airport (THB20 bargain fare) one stop to Lat Krabang. At the bottom, I had to take my suitcase down about 20 steps but this wasn't hard. A taxi for THB90 completed the brief journey. The room wasn't at the standard of a Claridges Hotel but nonetheless it was excellent value. Aircon and WiFi worked well, and the bed was comfortable enough. There was a balcony looking out onto the soi (street). Unfortunately I was continually sick from food poisoning but this was unreated to the hotel as I had incurred it from airline food. This marred the stay but again, it can't be blamed on the hotel. Staff did not provide an adaptar but apart from that were fine. A shopping centre was within 200 metres of this accommodation. In the morning, I availed of the hotel's transfer service as I had a morning flight. This cost THB200 so slightly more than double the price of a 'do it yourself option' but it was faster, at only 15 minutes despite the inevitable bunfight for parking at the airport. How arriving travellers find a booked car or van there is a mystery. Thailand is renowned for providing decent hotels at a good value price. This was further evidence.

Rooms are still good clean and mostly quiet food. Got really horrible service and management. Don't know what they're doing and need to really change their employees. Breakfast buffet was very busy and with no spoons. No forks and much of the food empty employees were standing around and doing nothing. They really need to get it together.

Perfect for a one night stay when needing to be close to the airport. Clean rooms with all the amenities you need for a short stay at a very keen price point. Nice to have the balconies overlooking the pool, there's a pool table too and area to relax in. Staff friendly and efficient on check in/out and helped with luggage too. Shuttle service is a bonus and worked very well for us on traveling from the airport; we took a Grab on the way back to give us flexibility on the timing and this was only slightly cheaper. The only let down was breakfast; many items ran out and were not replenished unless requested and the poor selection was a far cry from the pictures on their own website. To give some examples, the plate labelled 'local seasonal fruit' was watermelon (they had run out of pineapple apparently) whereas their image shows a bowl with a wide variety of fruits; cereals was only cornflakes (no muesli with blueberries) ; bacon and sausages bared no resemblance to the photo. Still overall great value for money for our stay.

It a great hotel that is close to the airport. This is my second time to stay in this hotel and I'm coming again in February 24. It is clean and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Also, the breakfast is great and you can find the food you like in the buffet, but they need to replenish it fast. The shuttle is comfortable and available, but they need to make sure your name is on the list at the airport if you booked with shuttle transportation.
