The rooms are clean and couldn't ask for more! Thank you for all your assistance!! We had a great time touring the city. Highly recommend this hotel. The desk was clerk helped us in any questions that we had. Really appreciated the comp bottled water and coffee.9 There was another guest that told us how everything was and she was right!!!!!

Nice hotel in downtown Vancouver, walkable to most placeses

The location of the hotel is in the heart of downtown Vancouver, walkable to most areas in downtown Vancouver. As for the train, it's about a 15 mins walk or you can take a bus to the train station. For anyone thinking of booking a room here, best to ask for a garden-room view instead of the city view. There is a hospital right across the street & some may find it noisy with ambulance going there in the middle of the night with its siren on. The hotel also offers free bicycle to use during your stay, but we did not use it. We were there for 4 days in March. You really don't need to rent a car there as transportation is very convenient & comes frequently.

The extras that you get at The Burrard and the most friendliest staff make this smaller hotel a perfect choice. We slept well with little to no disturbances. We will be back as our son is still in the hospital and this hotel is across the street. Plus we have a senior dog we can't leave at home and The Burrard is dog friendly.

A great place to stay with a friendly vibe. Walking distance to everything in downtown Vancouver or a taxi will pick you up at the front door. Small rooms but a nice outdoor area with a firepit where travellers can share tales. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Car parking also available
