We stayed in the Brook Executive Room - A spacious room which has the view of the forest. It was really nice and isolated from the rest of the property. We had a calm and quiet stay. The property itself is located amidst lot of trees and nature lovers would like it. The property is very close to Pagoda View Point - 400m - walkable distance. The approach to the property is good with nice roads. Reaching here is hassle-free. Staff are really courteous and didn't have any complaints. Special Mention - Mr. Sudharsan took care of us with a great hospitality right from the booking, stay and departure. Overall hygiene is good in the property. Lunch and Dinner served as ala-carte and food was good although expensive. Few Improvements to make it a great property: 1) Finding a parking slot is a challenge - particularly if you have an SUV. I have a 7-seater and found it difficult to park. 2) Breakfast quality - It was a buffet and the spread was good. It had both veg and non-veg options. But the taste/quality was really below average. This needs to be highly improved. My family hardly ate breakfast due to its tasteless nature. 3) Games room is dirty and all boards are broken/aged. Overall a very good stay and would recommend for families.

Me and my friends stayed last week. Had a great stay. The food was amazing. All the staffs were smiling and extending good services. The forest view from the brook executive room is very nice. The room is very spacious, neat and clean. The pakoda view point is very close and can be accessed by walk. I recommend this resort for a pleasant stay.

Worst hotel and heartless management

This hotel is full money minded and there is no kind heart for all the people. Especially the manager and MD. In my case, I booked four days stay due to personal medical emergency I checked out in two days. There is no refund/cancellation for the remaining two days. Then they mentioned that they will postpone only one day that too we have to come in weekday Not on weekends whereas I canceled my stay for weekends only. I requested atleast one day postpone give it on weekend I’ll pay for the other days, that also they didn’t accept. Finally when I came out they are giving me food bill which I had on first day night 2egg fried rice cost 400rs and one spirite bottle 60rs. Charges extra. When I said I’ll not pay and left the lobby they closed the gate and didn’t allow me to go out. I know I have to pay for the food but the damn thing I have already paid for two day which I’m not going to use. This hotel is zero percent customer satisfaction. I’ll not even rate one star for this cheap behaviour. And one more point staffs say that we have to reach out to higher officials for everything. If I ask to meet them they say that they are in meeting bla bla story but that MD guy is simply roaming inside the hotel only. Totally this hotel is MONEY MINDED AND HEARTLESS PEOPLE

First, the property is green seems ok from outside. Rooms are dingy and treatment is shabby. Our room was facing to their kitchen and other activities under the balcony. Most of the menu is not served, that is just on paper only. Moreover, whatever they serve is not even of average standard. Poor preparation! Tea will be served with milk powder only, no masala or ginger. I mean, who does it? Hotel is forcing their guests to have whatever they are available with, NO request is entertained. Overall stay was an unhappy experience.

We 19 friends from Chennai stayed in this Brook Resort from 30.09.2023 to 02.10.2023. The breakfast was very tasty and hygienic The lunch and dinner were very delicious according to our choice we can order allocot. Every night bonfire our friends enjoyed a lot very good hospitality.
