Excellent hotel, recommend staying before or after a cruise. Couple of good restaurants to walk to. Seattle cities fault of the nasty people on the sidewalks.

Chose this hotel because of its location and price. Solo female traveler over 60. Yes, lots of homeless outside but staff put my uneasiness to rest. I walked to dinner and to catch a ferry without a hitch. The room was very comfortable and exceeded my expectations.

We had three couples stay the night before boarding a cruise ship. The staff was very inviting, and the accommodations were great. The location was awesome for walking to local sights such as Pike Place Market. We enjoyed the hotel so much we stayed another night when we returned from the cruise.

We are really impressed! Lovely clean and comfortable room, coffee making facilities (and free coffee in reception!) microwave and fridge, complimentary snacks and plenty of space. Our room also has ironing board, safe and fridge, spotless bathroom with over bath shower, nice amenities and generous sized, fluffy towels. The rooftop deck will be a great place to sit with a wine this evening , lots of seating up there! The BEST part of this hotel, though, is the staff!!! We have stayed in a lot of hotels and we have never felt so welcome! Every staff member we have come in contact with has been friendly and helpful, but a particular shout out to Manisha - what a treasure she is! We are only here for 2 nights but would absolutely stay here again😎

Don't do it!!! This is very overpriced for the quality of the hotel and the location which is surrounded by homeless. The rooms are noisy, smelly and on a busy street with loud air con units. I have to wonder why this gets such a good rating - when I read the positives they are often from people who have only done 1 review ... is Tripadvisor no longer a valid source ?
