The best part about this property is its location, which is situated in the Maharani Bagh area of South Delhi. The rooms are okay but their restaurant really needs to keep up with the competition. We didn't like the food they served at dinner. The breakfast option was fairly limited but they did serve it fresh and in hygienic condition. They also need to speed up their room service keeping in mind the convenience of their guests. Overall, it's a good option if you're looking for a budget stay at a great location in South Delhi.

This was the worst hotel with worst staff especially staff in restaurant can't speak english and very arrogant. Malaysia people pls don't stay in this hotel.... there is many good hotels around new Delhi..... tv in room is not working we have to request many times than only they will send people to fixed the plug and on it............. all around very poor service...... language problem in this hotel.

Please don’t get misled by some nice pictures of the room. My rooms allotted had cockroaches and on complaining the staff were very casual about it stating that a canal passes behind this property. The bathrooms are not maintained well and the rooms were too cold in January even after using their heater which hardly worked. The breakfast was below average. The staff at the reception needs to be trained well and taught some basics of hospitality. A proper pest control, a little maintainence of bathrooms and some trained hospitable staff with a good manager can bring this hotel back in track. Hope they change before it turns from bad to worse. Even if the property is very economical, guest won’t prefer if things continue the same way here.

Sucio, filtración de agua, cortes de energía, insectos..indolencia del dueño. Dirty, mold and mildew, water leakage, owner indolence. The fridge with a tumor of ice, the furniture stained with unknown substances.

We stayed here one night. I'm not sure we would book it again. The beds were comfortable, but the bathroom in our room was weird. The toilet was separate from the sink, and both bathrooms had a strange folding door. They weren't pristine either. We didn't need to use the shower, and basically the sink and toilet were clean. It was just okay. One thing that was nice is that our friends were a group of three, and they got a big suite with one large bed and one single bed with a table and chairs. They had lots of room to spread out.
