Property is good. But my dining experience was very bad. The manager there behaved very very rudely when I asked him to pack breakfast for one as I have a two months old baby i was not able to eat in buffet area. As my baby is on feed it was mandatory for me to eat well. But the staff was very rude and mannerless. He didn’t even listened to me properly. I requested him that i hv a baby to feed then he said whatever it is, you ll have to eat here only. Then I asked him to let me talk to the manager here I ll request him then he said I am only the manager here and I can’t help you in that. I booked my room with breakfast and i paid a good amount for it, but could even ate a single bite. When I complained to the reception they all came to assist me but that person didn’t even come to me to say even a single sorry. In five star properties we pay a big amount for service, but I faced such kind of disrespect. Very very disappointing.

It was fantastic to stay at ANANTA. We enjoyed a lots and the location was too peaceful and friendly in nature. The staff behaviour is very polite. Food was delicious and the kitchen was also hygienic. Cab service is also nice. The playing area for kids is safe. Also the swimming pool area is clean and tidy.

Very good experience, really enjoyed the service. The staff was very helpful and the food service was really good we would like to come back again next time, also the cab service was really good and the pool area was also neat and clean and we really enjoyed.

Entire staff are very cooperative and food was very good rooms are very clean and the view from the room is very nice and peaceful. We have came from birthday celebration and the arrangements done by the team was very good. And special thanks vaibhav ameta who support us lot and the making the arrangements possible.
